Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@harvinewyork.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
